These are the best mince pies ever! The pastry has a lovely light flavour and the mincemeat is full of Christmassy flavours and delicious fruit. Our kit makes 16 mince pies.

In the kit:
A spice mix to make your mince pies, including ground ginger, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, ground mace, and maca powder.

Unsalted butter (250g pack, cut into cubes)
Plain flour (360g)
Caster sugar (125g)
Egg (1, beaten)
For the filling:
Mincemeat (1 large jar, about 500g)
Apple (1, chopped into small pieces)
Satsuma (2, chopped into small pieces)
Lemon (1, zest)
