In the kit:
A powder mix to make your smoothie bowl with, including beetroot powder and maca powder for the smoothie, and bee pollen to top the bowl with. This kit can make this smoothie bowl 10 times.
You will need:
Frozen berries (1½ cups)
Spinach (½ cup)
Milk (¼ cup)
Honey or agave syrup (1 tsp)
Toppings of your choice (e.g. coconut shavings, seeds or other berries)
A blender
Benefits:
Nitrate in beetroot powder can improve blood flow and lower blood pressure, whilst maca powder is rich in vitamin C, copper, and iron acting as a mood enhancer and energy booster. The 18 vitamins in bee pollen can improve immunity and lift fatigue, and the chia seeds to top the bowl with are rich in antioxidants capable of improving bone health.
