Sage has a slightly bitter flavour and is probably most famous from the popular sage and onion stuffing. Regularly used in Italian and British cooking, this ingredient is used in much more, such as roasted butternut squash soup, Italian sage pork tenderloins and creamed onions. Ours comes from Turkey.

Our jar refills are about 6 tablespoons, which will fill the average spice jar easily.

We source many of our spices from Soil Associate Organic Certified producers and are working towards certification ourselves.
